CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation During Checkout
If you cancel your order during the
checkout process, this
will
be confirmed immediately by a
cancellation
message
from
Geezerbird Gear which appears on
your screen.
No further action needs to be taken by
you.
Cancellation After Checkout
You
have the right to cancel your order
at any time during
the
period up to 7 days after the date on which you
receive
the
goods.
We will only
accept your cancellation
by letter or e-mail.
If you cancel your order before the
goods have been
despatched, you will be given a
full refund immediately.
We will only make
refunds to the credit card, debit card, or
PayPal account
from which your payment was made.
If you cancel
your order after the goods have been
despatched, we will refund your
payment (less the packing
and
postage cost) when we receive the returned
goods
from you.
If
you cancel your order after the goods have been
despatched
to you, we
require you to return the goods, in
unused and re-saleable condition, to
us at your cost.
We
recommend that the goods are returned using a
delivery
service that
insures you for the full value of the
goods, in case
they are
damaged or lost in transit.
If the goods are found to have been
damaged whilst in
your
possession, or lost/damaged during transit and
not
sent using
a delivery service that insures for the value of
the
goods,
Geezerbird Gear will not refund your payment.
