Please note that we only deliver to the UK.

For your security and ours, all orders will be sent by Royal Mail 'Signed-For' delivery. The items should reach you within a week.

For all deliveries, free insurance against loss or damage in transit is included.

Despatch

We will strive to despatch all complete orders within 7 working days.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to despatch within this time, we will advise you accordingly and give an expected delivery date.

If the expected delivery date is not acceptable, you may cancel your order. For further information please see our cancellations page.

Tracking Your Order

If you wish to track your order through the Royal Mail delivery system, please e-mail us and ask for your tracking code.

You can enter this code in the box on the 'Track & Trace' section on www.royalmail.com.

Non-delivery

For all deliveries, Royal Mail will need your signature when they deliver your goods.

If no-one is available at your address to take delivery and sign for the item, a card will be left for you by Royal Mail telling you where your parcel is and explaining what to do next.

Please remember that Royal Mail will only keep your item for 1 week and will return it to us if you don't collect it within this time.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately by e-mail.

We will then tell you what action to take.
