PRICES

All prices are as stated on the website, but Geezerbird Gear reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. All prices are shown on the website in £ sterling (GBP).

ORDERING ERRORS

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit’ on the final page of our ordering process. If the information on your order appears to be incomplete, We will contact you to confirm the details before despatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders if you do not respond to a request for further information/confirmation of details within 7 days.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

DELAYS

Occasionally, the manufacture of your item(s) may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed. If you do not wish to wait for the item(s) you ordered you may cancel your order with us.

CANCELLATION RIGHT

SUBSTITUTION

In the event of supply difficulties, we will not send you a substitute item without emailing you first to confirm that this is acceptable. If you do not wish to accept the substitute item offered, you may cancel your order with us and receive a full refund.
