RETURNS
Returning an
unwanted item
As long as the goods are unused and in
a re-saleable
condition, you are welcome to return them to us and
request
an exchange or refund.
You must pay for returning the goods.
We
recommend that you return the goods to us using a
delivery service that
insures you for the full value of the
goods,
in case they are
damaged or lost in transit.
No refund or exchange will be made if
the goods do not
reach
us.
Returning a faulty
item
We strive to supply quality products to
our customers, but
in
the unusual event that you receive a faulty item
you must
inform
us immediately by email, tell us what the problem is,
and let us
know whether you would like us to send another
item in
exchange or refund your payment.
So that we can monitor our quality
standards, we need you
to
return the faulty goods to us. We will
reimburse you for
the cost
of returning the goods.

Refunds
A refund will be issued on receipt by
us of the unwanted or
faulty goods.
Any refund will be made to the credit

PayPal account from which the payment was made.

damaged whilst in your
possession, or lost/damaged during
transit and not sent
back
to us using a
delivery service that insures you for the
value of
the goods, we will be
unable to make any refund to
you.
